Filter Reference in Mule
In filter reference, we have to give reference of any filter from the list. In our example i have chosen expression filter and given expression as
#[message.inboundProperties.'http.uri.params'.id=='1']
means when uri param 'id' equals to 1 then only payload is allowed to pass.

In filter reference configuration click + button to add filter and select any filter. I have chosen expression filter.There in expression block give any suitable expression. I have given
#[message.inboundProperties.'http.uri.params'.id=='1']
