Today so many companies are there who can give very good salary packages. Don't expect this from some service based company like TCS, Infosys, etc. It should be very good product based IT company like Oracle, Amazon, Google, etc.
Now our main question, how to get 1 Crore Salary Package in IT Industry?
There are multiple ways for it. obviously in India its like very very difficult for any youngster to get salary in crores until and unless you are in top management position in some good company.
So you have to go to some foreign country like US, UK, etc. for getting it.
As I mentioned many companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft and many others can give you 1 Crore yearly salary if you have some good talent.
Below I mentioned different ways to get 1 crore salary package.
1. By giving interviews in very good IT companies: List down the number of companies who offered salary package in crores like Uber, Amazon, Walmart, Microsoft, etc. Search on internet what is the procedure of selection that companies. How many interview rounds are there. Try to get in touch with any person who already cracked any of these companies. see in youtube their interview questions. interview pattern, etc. It's not impossible, even many normal graduates who are not from IITs/NITs are working with very good salary package in foreign countries. So stop thinking like people from IITs/NITs are only eligible for such high salaries. just gather the information and start preparation. find out topics what they ask and how to answer those questions. if you do sufficient hard work for atleast 6 months, you can get into Google also, it's not impossible.

2. After higher studies like MS/MBA from some foreign university:
For getting admission in some foreign university for higher studies you need to give exams like GRE/GMAT. Once you get admission in foreign university you need to good hard work, try to learn more and get into some good IT company. In countries like US or like UK you will earn in dollars or pounds 1 crore INR is not much difficult. But yes fees of the foreign universities is around 50 lacs INR. So you should be ready for that. You can get education for that.
3. Getting onsite opportunity from some IT company: There are IT companies that if you are in some senior position like Technical lead or Software Architect. They can give you even more than 1 crore if you work in foreign country like US. Just try for some good onsite opportunity.
4. Make some innovative software product: If you have desire to do something new, if you can innovate some product which is quite helpful and new in market or if you can provide some solution in the form of software product which is beneficial for people, obviously you can earn like anything. you can start your own start up or if you show your product to good companies, if they like that they can hire you in crores salary. But yes this is not easy but if you can do this you can play in crores.
These are some ways by which you guys can earn in crores but yes it's not easy but not impossible too. Every guy can do that if he has desire to do that. just prepare for that, you can do it.............
